Greater Things Christian School
Home of the WARRIORS
and the 4-DAY School Week!
Our Mission
The mission of Greater Things Christian School is to engage and educate the whole student: heart, mind, and will. We accomplish this mission by delivering quality academics with a differentiated approach to instruction from a Christian perspective.
Our Current Grades
- Elementary: TK*-4th Grade
- Middle School: 5th-8th Grade
- High School: 9th-10th Grade**
*Transitional Kindergarten (TK) offers an additional year of pre-kindergarten for boys and girls who are not yet ready for kindergarten because they do not turn 5 before the August 15 cutoff or for other reasons as determined by the child’s parents.
**We are adding a grade each year and anticipate that our first high school graduating class will be in 2027.
Our Schedule
Our unique schedule allows more family time on most weekends with a 4-Day School week, Monday-Thursday. We do require students to attend school on the first Friday of every month, September-December and February-May. Some of these Fridays will be field trip days and others will be regular school days. Our school days are slightly longer (7:45 a.m.-3:45 p.m.), but our weekends are longer, too, offering more family time. Our Focus Friday program is open on most Fridays that are not required school days. This program offers enrichment opportunities for students who need a place to go on Friday and morning tutoring options for students who need extra help in a particular subject or just need a focused time/place to work on homework assignments.
Our Extended Care Options
We offer extended care from 6:15 a.m.-5:45 p.m. In addition to our four-day school week, we offer Focus Fridays with additional academic activities and projects.
